TERMS OF SERVICE & REFUND POLICY

Transparent commercial terms governing CivicTrigger municipal building permit feeds, county tax assessor exports, digital fulfillment, and 1-click subscription cancellation.

1. PRODUCT & SERVICE DESCRIPTION

CivicTrigger (operated by Patriot Plots Operations) compiles, normalizes, and cross-references municipal building permits, code enforcement citations, and County Tax Assessor property ownership records across 10 US metropolitan areas.

  • $79.00 One-Time 30-Day Trade Sheet (weekly-pack): Single non-recurring purchase unlocking the current 30-day trade-specific ledger for a chosen county, including downloadable Full Ledger CSV and 1-Click Skip-Trace Ready CSV.
  • $199.00/Month Full-County All-5-Trades Feed (shared-daily): Recurring monthly subscription unlocking all 5 trade and distressed-property tracks in the selected county (capped at a maximum of 2 shared subscribers per territory) with daily 6:00 AM updates.
  • $399.00/Month Exclusive County Lockout (exclusive-lock): Recurring monthly subscription granting sole territory lock status for the selected county track, blocking new shared seats while active.

2. INSTANT DIGITAL FULFILLMENT POLICY

All CivicTrigger data products are delivered digitally immediately upon payment authorization:

  • Immediate Browser Access (0–60 Seconds): Upon completing checkout, customers are redirected immediately to their unlocked live subscriber feed URL (/feed/<access_token>) with instant 1-click CSV download buttons.
  • Email Receipt & Permanent Access Link: A copy of the subscriber access link and invoice receipt is dispatched from orders@civictrigger.com to the customer's designated email address.
  • If Delivery Is Delayed: Contact support@civictrigger.com and our team will re-issue your unlocked CSV files within 2 business hours.

3. REFUND, REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We stand behind the accuracy and verifiability of every municipal permit and tax-roll record we publish:

  • 1-Click Anytime Subscription Cancellation: Monthly plans ($199/mo and $399/mo) have zero long-term contracts and can be canceled online anytime in 1 click or by emailing billing@civictrigger.com prior to the next monthly billing date. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately while keeping access active through the end of the paid billing cycle.
  • 7-Day Data Accuracy & Technical Guarantee: Because downloadable CSV lead sheets contain immediate, unredacted property intelligence, one-time $79 sheets are generally final once downloaded; however, if any file fails to download, contains corrupt records, or fails to match official municipal/county tax records within 7 days of purchase, we provide an immediate replacement sheet or a 100% full refund upon request to billing@civictrigger.com.

4. PERMITTED B2B USE & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

All records provided by CivicTrigger originate from public municipal permit portals and County Tax Assessor rolls under US Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and state Open-Records statutes.

  • No Consumer Skip-Traced Cell Phones Sold: CivicTrigger does not resell consumer skip-traced personal mobile phone numbers. Telephone numbers included in our standard ledger are strictly public B2B contractor/applicant contacts printed on official government building permits.
  • Customer Outreach Compliance: Subscribers are solely responsible for complying with applicable federal and state outreach regulations (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state Do-Not-Call rules) when conducting direct mail, jobsite visits, or third-party Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) skip-tracing.
